HSE Performance & ISO certification

The Terralog Group of companies have achieved the following Health, Safety and Environment achievements:

January 17 2008: 2000 days without lost time injury or accident. This was achieved at the SFI site in Duri, Indonesia.

January 15 2010: Certificate of Appreciation was presented to PT Terralog Teknologi Indonesia from PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia for achieving incident free operations in 2009.

Oct 11 2010: 3000 days incident and accident free at the SFI site in Duri, Indonesia.

On July 14th 2010, PT Terralog Teknologi received ISO certification for ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems), and OHSAS 18001:2007(Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
